Quality Control

HTCR-Services has implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with comprehensive documentation to assure compliance to highest quality standards. Biospecimens are excised, processed and delivered to researchers in the shortest possible time to maintain their characteristics.

All human biospecimens are serologically tested and negative for the following infectious diseases prior shipping: HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C. All tissue samples are delivered with comprehensive clinical data annotations.

To continuously improve our services and quality of our products, we review and respond to the customers’ feedbacks in a timely manner.
